HAWKS UNBEATEN RUNS CONTINUE, 10 DRAWS OUT 12 MATCHES

Hawks FC continue their unbeaten run with a match to spare before the end of the first half of the Gambia Football Federation Division 1 League.

The Reds, are the only team not to loose a match in the on going GFF Division 1 League. Hawks FC, are dubbed as “draw specialist”, they have drawn 10 out of the 12 matches they have played so far.

Coach Alieu Jagne’s Qelemes branded Hawks FC, series of draw could be attributed to their lack of efficiency and sharpness in front of the goal mouth. Hawks, have only scored 4 goals in the 2018/19 season.

With a goal ratio of 0.28 per match. Hawks FC faithfuls, will like to see an improvement in front of goal when they face up the blue boys Wallidan FC, on Friday 1st of March.

Wallidan FC, will be also be motivated to win against their town rivals. A win for them will catapult them to the apex of the league table standings.
