Struggling Tallinding United yesterday managed to gain a point in their re-scheduled match against the in-form Hawks football club at the Box Bar Mini Stadium in Brikama .
The barren stalemate saw Tallinding United move three points above the relegation zone. They now sit in 11th position after 20 games played with 20 points, with 6 more matches left to be played before the completion of the 2018/19 season.
Hawks now sit in 4th position with 30 points after 20 games played. Hawks are 6 points behind league leaders GAF, with both teams in a very good form.
Tallinding United needed a win to distance themselves more away from the relegation zone but had to settle for a draw as Hawks also were looking for a win to close the gap on the leaders the khaki boys.
