Brikama united prolific attacker momodou Bojang popularly known as ‘’Major’’ has been instrumental for Brikama united in the ongoing Gambia Football federation Division one league this season.
Major has contributed to the success of Brikama in the zonal championships but was so unfortunate, they were beaten by Sukuta in a well contested tie last year.
The attacker, started making name for himself at the age of 16 in Brikama nawettan competition with his new town united where he was one of their finest players in the club. Earlier this year, the lad caught the attention of Brikama United after shinning in the super nawettan championship and due to his brilliance earned him a contract with the saatay baa boys ‘’Brikama United ‘’.
Momodou Bojang ‘’major ‘’ has carried Brikama united single handedly in their game against real de Banjul with his only goal that helps them to go top of the summit. He is currently on 7 goals for Brikama united with 8 assist and will be in a keen interest in landing his first trophy for Brikama United.
