The Kombo South boys ‘’Gunjur United ‘’on Saturday the 8th of June 2019 beats Immigration in a well-deserved victory at the Box Bar Mini Stadium in Brikama.
Gunjur United’s 3-1 victory over Immigrations fc sees them currently in 4th position in the table standing. Goals from Salifu Bojang, Bakary Touray and Aboubacarr Demba sealed their well earned victory .
Salifu Bojang had the opening chance to set Gunjur United in front after 20 mintues with a simple tap that beats goalie Bakary Sanneh. Immigration also had their moments, through Landing Badjie with an excellent shot that went direct into the hands of Doudou Jobe on the 25th minutes.

Immigration star player, Yusupha Ceesay was outstanding for the rest of the night with a brilliant performance scored a late consolation goal for his team with a thunderous shot that went direct into the net on the 85minutes. The results now put Gunjur on fourth place with forty-five points.
A single point ahead of rivals Bombada football club on 5th with forty-four points following their defeat at the hands of Jambanjelly United on Friday and with only two games to spare in Division Two . It ended 3-1 in favour of Gunjur United.
