BOREHOLE FC SECURE A PLACE TO THE NEXT ROUND OF BRIKAMA NAWETTAN QUALIFIERS

Borehole Football Club secure a place to the next round of the ongoing Brikama Nawettan Qualifiers following their 2 all draw against Ireland football Club before the later went on to win 5-3 on penalty shot-out.

The match was played on Monday the 1st of July 2019 at the Box Bar Mini Stadium in Brikama. However, the game didn’t live up to expectation judging over their performance in the 90 minutes. As it took Borehole football club 4th minutes to break the deadlock through Baboucarr Jarju following a pass from Lamin Sonko.

3minutes later, Ireland football Club Equalized through Ansumana Jobateh with a fine finished at the bottom corner of the net Lamin Conteh added a second for Borehole football club in the 28minutes following a beautiful pass from Musa sillah before his goal been cancelled by Substitute Ousman Sambou in the extra time of 4 minutes with a superb Header.

And with his goal force the match to a penalty shot-0ut following their 2 all draw in regulation time before Borehole football club went on to win 5-3 on Penalties
