The former Midfielder of Greater Tomorrow football academy James Gomez left the Gambia last Friday on the 28th of June 2019 for a two-week trial with Midtjylland football club in Demark.
James Gomez started his football career at a younger age with greater tomorrow football academy in west coast region Brikama, as a central-midfielder before been scouted by Real De Banjul three years back due to his bright skill on the ball. The all whites Real de banjul acquired his services in 2016.
The centre-back turned centre-back became a regular starter for real de Banjul in the past few seasons under the leadership of Musa Njie as boss of the first football team. However, due to his excellent performance in the league helped the all whites’’ real de Banjul’’ to be crown champions in The FF CUP final following their triumph over Red hawks.
