The URRFA Third Division league men’s competition final played on Saturday 29th June 2024 at the Basse Mini Stadium.

Pabi Camara converted Sabi’s spot kick minutes before the break.but was short-lived as Muhammad Lamin Ceesay responded with a stunning comeback for Garawol FC putting up two unanswered goals in the 83rd and 88th minutes respectively to end the day for the Kantora based side.

As winners of the URRFA Third division league, Garawol FC received D100, 000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Dalasis), gold medals, and a giant trophy while Sabi FC went home with D75, 000.00 (Seventy-five Thousand Dalasis) as Runners up.

The final, which attracted thousands of fans from Basse and its surroundings was presided over by GFF Fourth Vice President Ms Sainabou Cham, executive members Ms Arret Njie Jah, Ms Chumban Faye and Mr Bakary Bojang.
