Young Africans were punished in the 51st-minute when Hawsu Sanneh broke the deadlock from the penalty spot, but Baloor Sarr FC responded 5 minutes later with a stunning header and restored the equalization. The game was later forced to post-match penalties and Young Africans FC went on to record a 2-4 victory with goalkeeper Omar Camara making some outstanding saves.
